Please make sure you have received a link to the Google spreadsheet from our Team Leader. This schedule will show all future assignments. If there is a date that you cannot serve please let Michael know so he can make any adjustments necessary.

Planning Center is Covenant Life's official system for scheduling, and we want to utilize it to the fullest extent possible.

You'll receive an email invite to create your Planning Center account, simply click on the link and create and password to create your account! Once your account is created, we'll be able to schedule you for different positions and you'll receive email notifications/reminders of the schedule.

There is also a Planning Center Services app for the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store that will help you manage your schedule and see the Run of Show for services you're scheduled for.

A very important part of Planning Center is setting your Blockout Dates for when you're not available, and confirming your schedule requests once you receive them. You can do all of this through your Dashboard in the app or online at the link below
